The FPBGSA seeks public review and input on its Draft GSPs for the Fillmore and Piru Basins. Public comments will be considered as the agency prepares a Final GSP for submittal to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR). The following outlines the public review process and provides guidelines for submitting comments.
- Each Draft GSP will be available for a 60-day public review period:
- Fillmore Draft GSP: August 9, 2021 through October 9, 2021.
- Piru Draft GSP: August 23, 2021 through October 23, 2021.
- Methods for submitting written comments:
- Preferred method: fill out the on-line comment form below.
- It is advisable to prepare your comments in a word processing file and then upload your comments to the form.

- For each comment, identify the GSP (Fillmore or Piru) and the section, page, and line numbers the comment references
- Make sure your comment is clear and specific
- Constructive comments and suggestions (i.e., how the document can be improved) are appreciated
