Deborah Jackson

Representing the Fillmore Basin Pumpers Association, Director Debbie Jackson also serves as President of the association.  She is president of Brokaw Ranch Company, a family-owned business growing avocados, citrus, and other sub-tropical fruit.  She serves on various other local industry and non-profit boards.  In addition, she is an organizational consultant, assisting nonprofits and family businesses negotiate through periods of transition.  Debbie earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of California at Davis.  She is currently on the faculty of the Ventura County Center for Nonprofit Leadership, providing instruction in organizational development and leadership.
